What You'll Do
  • Generate leads and make outbound sales calls.
  • Create proposals and schedule customer appointments.
  • Manage and maintain multiple sales calendars.
  • Provide world-class customer service on inbound calls.
  • Process payments and build positive customer rapport.
  • Administer the customer database and maintain accurate records.
  • Complete paperwork efficiently and support Sales Arborists.
  • Participate in call monitoring and coaching for quality support.
What We're Looking For
  • Associate's degree or higher (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional phone manner.
  • 2+ years of success with outbound calling and sales/marketing (a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and database systems.
  • Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
