We are looking for an Data Entry/Admin to join our team in Ocala, FL

Job Description :

• The Data entry portion primarily deals with Payroll. 
• Our associates are paid per trailer, those trailers/associates are tracked on a spreadsheet. That spreadsheet then has to be entered into payroll one trailer at a time. 
• We have other positions that are hourly and those need to be entered in as well.
• Build professional relationships with customers, employees, and staff.
• Maintain employee files and paperwork.

Job Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience in staffing or recruitment.  Entry level are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) products.
• Excellent research and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible work schedule.
