POSITION OVERVIEW

The Dishwasher is a valuable entry-level member of the kitchen team at Riverside Country Club, helping to keep our restaurant running and our kitchens clean and organized. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and cooking utensils. * Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely. * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization throughout shifts. * Adhere to Gallatin Valley Health Department food safety and personal hygiene regulations. * Restock dishware, cutlery, and glassware in service areas. * Remove trash and maintain clean kitchen and dish areas. * Support kitchen and dining room staff as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Must be at least 15 years of age. * Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform typical tasks required in a restaurant/dishwashing environment. * Ability to be on your feet for hours at a time in a warm, humid environment. * Dependable with reliable transportation. * Customer service and hospitality mindset.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

* Constant standing throughout shift. * Frequent lifting of up to 35 lbs. * Ability to work in a warm, humid kitchen environment.
