Job Description

Salary: $80,600 - 172,400 per year Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Trading IT
• At least 10 years of experience with OpenLink Endur v14+
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire Trading Business from deal inception to settlement
• Over 10 years in software and architecture delivery
• Proven ability to lead technical architecture, design, and standards for Commodities Trading software products
• Adept at making architecture decisions across portfolios while managing diverse opinions
• Skillful at creating pragmatic and implementable technical designs that balance risk, complexity, cost, and value
• Familiarity with TOGAF or similar frameworks and Enterprise Architecture tools
• Strong collaboration skills with at least 5 years of experience in trading environments
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of interpreting technical and business stakeholder needs
• Actively involved in Tech Lead and engineering communities

• Provide architectural and technical leadership throughout IT projects
• Foster collaboration and drive consensus among project teams
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to various stakeholders
• Serve as the primary liaison for architectural-related aspects of projects
• Integrate diverse dimensions such as business processes, data, application, and security into cohesive IT solutions
• Ensure all solution architectures are thoroughly documented using standard templates in compliance with architectural standards
• Guide designers and analysts during the design phase
• Approve detailed solution designs formally after thorough review
• Support the Lead Architect and participate in Architecture Review Board sessions as necessary
