The global Human Resource (HR) Function provides an integrated talent management system that delivers a workforce that is Corning's competitive differentiator in the global marketplace. HR provides service offerings that align solutions to business challenges by ensuring the programs are Effective, Efficient, Global, Scaleable, and Repeatable. Corning’s Values are operationalized by the HR Function through the facilitation of Talent Management offerings, as well as programs and processes that aid in making Corning’s Values visible.The Compensation Consultant supports the design, administration, analysis, and communication of compensation programs that help Corning attract, retain, and motivate talent. This role provides compensation expertise and market-informed recommendations to HR and business stakeholders, while helping ensure programs are competitive, consistently applied, and aligned with Corning’s total rewards philosophy and governance standards.

The range for this position is $90,296.00 - $124,157.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
