Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations in Tempe, AZ and surrounding areas
Install heating and cooling systems in compliance with local codes and industry standards
Perform brazing, nitrogen purging, leak testing, evacuation, and system charging
Maintain organized, clean, and professional job sites
Collaborate with your team to complete installations efficiently and accurately
Communicate jobsite updates, challenges, and improvements to leadership
Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every project

Proven HVAC installation experience in residential or light commercial environments
Strong skills in brazing, nitrogen purging, leak testing, evacuation, and system charging
Knowledge of refrigerant systems and HVAC installation best practices
Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical and control systems during installs
Leadership ability with experience guiding or supporting a crew
High attention to detail with clean and professional work habits
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
