• Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
• Sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies to new and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Understand customer needs and offer the appropriate products and services to meet them.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all client inquiries are handled with care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.
• Strong work ethic and desire to meet sales goals.
• A proactive and self-driven attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain an insurance license.
