A well-established, community-driven insurance agency in the eastern Missouri area is expanding and looking to add an experienced Insurance Producer / Sales Professional to their growing team.
This agency has built a strong local reputation, invests heavily in marketing support, and is actively involved in the community. They are looking for a relationship-focused producer who wants to grow a book of business with real backing and long-term opportunity.

What You'll Do
* Develop and grow a book of business (Commercial and/or Personal Lines)
* Build strong client relationships through consultative selling
* Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
* Deliver exceptional customer service and risk management guidance
* Leverage agency-provided marketing support to drive new business
* Manage renewals and maintain high retention levels
* Write business in multiple states (agency writes nationwide)
What We're Looking For
* Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (Required)
* Prior insurance sales/producer experience preferred
* Life & Health license (or experience) is a strong plus
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Customer-first mindset
* Self-motivated with a growth mentality
* Comfortable networking and engaging in the local community
