Job Description

Seeking a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative tasks and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.


Responsibilities:

-Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet visitors and provide professional customer service
Scan, file, and organize documents

-Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry
Handle incoming and outgoing mail

-Support staff with general administrative tasks
Assist with office organization and day-to-day operations


Qualifications:

-Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred

-Strong communication and customer service skills

-Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

-Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

-Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
