About The Company
A pediatric therapy practice serving children across the US Virgin Islands of St. Thomas & St. Croix is seeking speech-language pathologists (SLP) or speech-language pathologist assistants (SLPAs) to join a multidisciplinary clinic that specializes in speech, occupational, and physical therapy for kids ages 2–8, with a strong focus on autism spectrum disorder, language development, and feeding support. Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy
Target approximately 25–30 billable hours per week
Scheduling autonomy & flexibility - coordinate scheduling directly with families!
Participate in community outreach and events
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Any valid US state license
CCC preferred, CFs welcome to apply
Experience or interest in pediatric autism, language disorders, and/or feeding preferred
Bilingual Spanish or Creole a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
$55+/hour
$1,000 relocation bonus
Paid 2-month onboarding period

About the Role
This position is based on-island — either St. Croix or St. Thomas. Candidates should be prepared for and excited about island relocation. A thorough onboarding process covering licensing, housing, and island life is provided prior to start date.
