Job Description
Join a leading national mortgage lender as a Policies and Procedures Administrator! In this temp to hire fully onsite role, you will research and draft comprehensive policy and procedure documents that integrate business goals with complex compliance and legal mandates.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in policy administration, technical writing, or business process management.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience within the Financial Services sector is required; specific experience within the Mortgage Industry (Loan Origination, Servicing, or Compliance) is preferred.
salary: $25 - $28.85 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Work with various business leaders to identify policy and procedure priorities
- Research and draft comprehensive policy and procedure documents considering business goals, compliance and legal requirements
- Update existing policy and procedure materials
- Implement and maintain a user-friendly procedure database
- Coordinate with the training group to ensure training materials are updated with the most recent policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
