Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the operational workflow of a growing financial services practice. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless client experience while supporting the advisory team's efficiency, responsiveness, and proactivity.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple workflows simultaneously, and takes pride in keeping processes structured and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client onboarding processes, including data collection and documentation
Oversee deal flow across wealth management, life insurance, tax planning, and other advisory solutions
Prepare and track life insurance applications to ensure timely processing
Coordinate investment account opening, paperwork, and follow-ups
Schedule meetings, confirm appointments, and maintain calendar organization
Support social media efforts and digital engagement initiatives
Assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations of the practice
