Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and release production-ready files for print and digital media
• Perform high-resolution image manipulation, photo retouching, and color correction
• Set up complex multi-page production files and organize artwork layers efficiently
• Collaborate with designers to execute layouts according to project specifications
• Ensure files are optimized and printer-friendly for production output
• Maintain consistency with brand, editorial, and design standards
• Handle multiple projects and production files simultaneously
• Support typography and layout adjustments for small-format print materials
• Improve workflow efficiency in file setup and production processes
• Review files for quality, accuracy, and production compliance
• Work independently while taking creative direction from design teams
• Manage deadlines and quickly switch between tasks as project priorities change

Skills:

• Adobe Creative Suite expertise (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
• File preparation and print production knowledge
• Image editing, photo retouching, and color correction skills
• Typography and page layout experience
• Experience creating printer-ready production files
• Knowledge of digital and print production workflows
