Title: Production Artist (Seasonal: June - October)

Manager: Director of Sublimation and Art

Position Focus

The main focus of the Production Artist (Seasonal) is to complete production artwork in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner to keep production moving forward on a daily basis.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop production techniques and understanding in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Create, manipulate, and prepare accurate and efficient print production markers
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with other members of the Sublimation team
• Contact and communicate with customers when issues arise
• Other responsibilities as necessary

Core Competencies

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Time Management

Physical Environment and Demands

The following will be required of the employee:

• Sitting 75%+ of workday (Standing desks are available for this position)
• Day shift, 7:30 am to 4:15 pm Monday through Friday
• Climate controlled environment
• Availability and willingness to work extra hours (paid) during high volume periods
• Limited Exposure to machinery, inks, and dyes

Travel Requirements

• Minimal to no travel required for this position

Education and Experience

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• Associate's Degree in Graphic Design or 1 year of equivalent relevant work experience
• Interest in and/or experience working with apparel

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
