Job Title : SAP CO SME with EMEA (European) Implemenation and FinTech industry experience

Location : Atlanta/GA or Dallas/TX or Omaha/Nebraska. Onsite at any of these location from Day1.

Any Visa will work

EMEA (European) implementation is mandatory (Especially Germany and Austria). Need 14+ Years profile.

FinTech industry experience preferred

Job Responsibility:

• Actively participate in end-to-end solution design and ensure quality monitoring throughout the process.
• Implementing and supporting the SAP CO areas accounting for cost centers and profit centers, Internal Order Accounting, profitability analysis, accounting for overheads and Allocation
• Collaborate with business process owners, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration between finance, controlling, and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, RAR).
• Designing, customizing, configuring and testing Controlling modules
• Documenting test cases and their results
• Work closely with business leaders, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage expectations throughout the migration project.

Skills:

• Ability to integrate and streamline multi-system landscapes. This role requires both deep technical and functional expertise.
• Expertise in SAP FICO modules (AR, AP, GL, tax, asset accounting, Cost Center and Profit Center accounting ) with deep integration knowledge of SD and MM
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA functionalities, Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and FIORI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to support complex, cross-functional processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in RE-FX module (CLM) in SAP
• SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Experience in global SAP implementations or rollouts and EMEA/LATAM countries, with complex multi-system interfaces.
• EMEA (European) Implementation and FinTech industry experience is mandatory (Especially Germany and Austria).
