Intellisense Systems, Inc. is a rapidly growing Southern California technology innovator delivering advanced sensing, display, and mission-critical systems for aerospace and defense customers. Our Airborne Systems Division leads the development and production of high-performance airborne technologies supporting military, commercial, and government missions.
We are seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead the production team responsible for several of our key product lines. This role oversees all production activities in alignment with customer purchase orders and ensures that processes meet AS9100 and AS9110 Quality System requirements.
The Senior Production Manager will develop and maintain procedures, ensure proper documentation practices, and manage the department’s budget. Additional responsibilities include establishing operational objectives, policies, procedures, and work plans, as well as developing, modifying, and implementing company-wide policies.
This role is located on-site in Torrance, CA.

Pay Range: $110-150k (Base salary for this position will vary based on your skills, qualifications, and experience)
