Backbone is an upscale neighborhood restaurant from husband and wife team Nathan McCall and Karen Yoo . They were the original Chef Owners of McCall's Meat & Fish , a beloved Los Feliz Meat Shop & Bakery for over 10 years. Going back to their Michelin roots, the Chefs have worked in such notable restaurants as Sona (LA), Daniel (NYC) and Arzak (Spain), and are now looking to create an elevated experience close to home. Expect Spanish and Asian influces, with a firm foundation in French technique.

Servers are responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for all guests, whether they are neighborhood regulars, or celebrating a special event. Candidates should be passionate about Hospitality, with an incredible attention to detail. Servers must anticipate guest needs, be knowledgeable about Fine Dining and Wine Service, as well as being mindful to the extent of engagement each guest requires.
