Job Description

Our client, a fintech security AI startup, is seeking a Strategy & Analytics (Credit) professional to bring deep credit expertise to its growing team.

We're looking for a highly analytical, hands-on individual contributor with 5+ years of experience in credit risk or credit analytics. This person will apply a rigorous, credit-focused lens to data, helping demonstrate product value through compelling, data-driven insights and analyses.

What You'll Do

• Conduct deep analysis on prospect and partner datasets, building proof-of-concept studies and retrospective analyses
• Work directly with raw credit data, including credit reports and vintage curve analysis
• Apply a credit-risk framework to evaluate model performance and business impact (e.g., precision, recall)
• Partner closely with Sales to build and deliver data-backed business cases and ROI narratives
• Present complex analytical findings to senior stakeholders at financial institutions
• Use tools like SQL, Python, and Jupyter notebooks to perform and scale analyses

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in credit risk or credit analytics, working directly with raw credit data
• Strong understanding of credit concepts, including vintage curves
• and model evaluation metrics
• Background at a high-growth fintech, financial institution, or top-tier consulting firm preferred
• Proven ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor, running analyses independently
• Proficiency in SQL required; Python experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to external stakeholders
• Degree from a top-tier university or equivalent high-caliber experience
