Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, create reports and dashboards, and contribute to data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and acquire data from internal systems, databases, and external sources.
Clean, organize, and validate raw data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
Monitor and ensure data quality and integrity across systems and processes.
Document analysis processes, methodologies, and data sources for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting or streamline data-related workflows.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of direct experience as a Data Analyst
3+ years of experience in Excel modeling (Exceptional/Expert Level)
Comfort and ability to leverage AI in enhancing capability and productivity.
Real Estate experience is strongly preferred with at least 2 years of experience
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

âââââ Compensation:

$1,500 - $2,500 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.
