Goshen College invites applicants for the position of Success Coach, Athletics and Student Engagement. The Success Coach, Athletics and Student Engagement is a member of the Academic Success Center team, with a mission to support student success and achievement. This position carries a full caseload of students across all years while serving as the ASC’s primary point of connection with Goshen College Athletics. Rather than serving student-athletes exclusively, this coach brings an athletics-informed lens to the broader work of student engagement- building relationships, attending to the particular rhythms and pressures of student-athlete life, and bridging the athletic and academic communities on campus. The successful candidate will be relational, proactive, and committed to meeting students where they are.
