WordPress Web Designer

We are on the hunt for a highly proficient Web Designer/Graphic Designer who will join our web development projects and drive the creation of high-performance websites. This role provides an excellent opportunity to engage with complex projects and exert a substantial impact on our digital footprint.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust WordPress websites, ensuring top-notch quality and performance. Building websites and other graphic designs.
  • Communicate with clients and project their requests into website design.
  • Optimize website architecture for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring mobile responsiveness and SEO effectiveness.
  • Have some understanding of Google Site Kit, Google Tags, and Google Analytics. You must be able to adjust designs to adhere to these programs.
  • Be able to install WordPress and a selection of plugins used to build websites. Must have knowledge of how WordPress plugins work.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and sales team to successfully met the needs of the client. Design experience is needed as well.
  • Work alongside other departments to achieve the goals of the company.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
  • Profound knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and widget development. Knowledge of Divi or Elementor Pro is preferred.
  • PHP: How to modify existing code is helpful and requested.
  • JavaScript: General knowledge of how JavaScript works and interacts with pages.
  • Photoshop: Skilled in photoshop and other adobe products for graphic design
  • Dreamweaver: Skilled in coding in Dreamweaver and other adobe products for web design
  • Strong experience with communication and working on projects with teamwork.
  • Knowledge of e-Commerce is requested but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
