Day Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,718/week .
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for an inpatient rehab assignment in San Antonio, TX .
This role is ideal for clinicians with experience in inpatient rehabilitation , working with a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain independence and function.
Evaluate and treat patients in an inpatient rehab setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Perform ADLs, functional mobility training, and rehab interventions
Collaborate with PTs, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Active Texas OT License
BLS Certification
Inpatient rehab experience preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Previous inpatient rehab experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
32-bed inpatient rehab unit
12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Minimum 2 weekends per 4-week period required
Floating to other rehab units may be required
EMR: Meditech
