  • Support organizational alignment and value proposition definition.
  • Collaborate on roadmap development with product management counterparts.
  • Define KPIs, insights, and client-facing reporting with analytics teams.
  • Present strategic recommendations and business cases to various audiences.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree (MA/MBA preferred) in Product Management/Strategy, Public Health, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle for Physician Staffing and Management Services.
  • Proven experience in product management or strategy, ideally in the healthcare domain.
  • Strong strategic thinking and data-driven business case development skills.
  • Experience leading market research and data analysis for strategic direction.
  • Excellent communication skills, including messaging and complex problem synthesis.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional leadership and deliver presentations.
