Job Description

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Virtual Assistant. This role focuses on providing administrative support, managing daily tasks, and assisting with business operations for a growing U.S.-based organization.

The Virtual Assistant will support managers and teams with scheduling, communication, data entry, and coordination in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments
  • Respond to emails and assist with communication
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

  • Support managers with daily administrative tasks

Requirements
